The large-sized shaft induction hardening machine is used for the quenching of super large shafts in diameters of 400-1400mm, especially on splines and gears.

The machine is able to prevent the breaking of hardened layer commonly found at variable cross sections, so that the layer at structural junction can maintain a smooth transition to be consistent. Thereby, the efficiency and stability of production will get improved.
