Needle Bearing

We provide strong equipment support for the mass production in factory, improving production efficiency of the plant. Our HKVP03Z/3 3-station automatic hardening machine tool is used for needle bearing quenching. By automatic control and three positions, it is prominent with high efficiency in processing workpieces in large quantities.

3. Inductor installed using quick couplers: left and right adjustment range of ± 10 mm; up and down adjustment range of ± 10 mm
4. Workpiece rotation speed: about 200 rpm
5. Quenching speed: about 3 pcs/3s
6. Inductor replacement rate: about 30 minutes
