HKHT4000 Short Bar Induction Hardening and Tempering Machine

The HKHT4000 short bar induction hardening and tempering machine is mainly used to perform integral through-hardening on long bars for forging, tempering and annealing purposes. The use of appropriate loading and unloading mechanism, supported by automatic temperature adjusting and monitoring software, enables automatic hardening and tempering. The machine can automatically heat the forging blank according to heating temperature curve.
