Frequency Inverter Used on EVA Foam Machine

The AC60ZK series frequency inverter is able to change the output voltage according to load changes. It can also set unique inflection line to optimize the motor efficiency based on the operation condition of the machine.

The inverter will conduct a real-time detection on pressure and flow signals given by the electronic control unit of EVA foaming machine. The signals are carried by 0~1A current, and after internal processing, they will result in different frequencies for adjusting the motor speed.

Namely, the output power depends on the pressure and flow, and the synchronization is tracked and controlled automatically. This mechanism is equivalent to turning a fixed delivery pump into an energy-saving variable displacement pump. The work of original hydraulic system will be matched with the power needed to run the machine, thus eliminating the energy loss due to the pressure overflow of the original system.

In a word, the frequency inverter can greatly alleviate the vibration in die sinking and clamping, stabilize the production process, reduce mechanical failure, prolong machine life, and save a lot of energy.
