We start production only after the design scheme is confirmed to be accurate. The production department will set up production schedule and then the New Mold Engineering Conference will be convened to fully control the manufacturing process. Also, there will be a progress report each week for controlling any abnormal condition during the production process.

With a complete range of equipment, we are able to offer our customers the best one-stop service. From the mold design, processing, assembly to the inspection, we have established independent department for each production step. There is a clear division of responsibilities between each department. Therefore, we not only ensure the quality of molds but also guarantee molds are delivered to our customers in time according to the contracts.
