Engineering Department

Our engineering department comprises project team, design team, and programming team. Under the leadership of a senior engineer who has over 10 years of professional work experience, this department has developed fast and it has grown into a team of over 45 people.

Our engineering staff uses the latest processing and mold flow analysis software, such as CAD, Pro-E, UG, Catia, Moldex, Powermill and Molde. We are able to receive Zip Driver, Stp, X_T, Igs, Asm, and WinRAR types of documents through FTP and E-mail.

When we receive relevant information from the customer, we will do feasibility analysis and optimize product plasticity to shorten molding time and improve product quality. Also, we provide our customer with real-time product status analysis and periodic control to ensure that the customer can get quality molds timely.
