Introduction to Raw Materials

GT – A mixture of PP and food grade talcum powder
1. In theory, GT is used in a meal container at a temperature range from -18 degrees Celsius to 130 degrees Celsius. It can be heated in a microwave oven. The waste material can be treated by incineration. Its combustion temperature is similar to that of paper, wood, etc. Additionally, GT does not produce any harmful gas like dioxins. Also, it does not cause air pollution.

Introduction to Raw Materials

2. The waste material can be recycled to manufacture tables, chairs, pallets, shopping baskets, and other goods. Therefore, it is a safe, sanitary, eco-friendly and patented product.

PP – Also known as polypropylene
Theoretically, PP is used at a temperature range from -18 degrees Celsius to 120 degrees Celsius. As a raw material of our trusted food container, it is microwavable, oil-proof, acid-resistant, and lightweight.

A-PET – A kind of polyester
A-PET can withstand a temperature range from zero to 60 degrees Celsius in theory. As a component of our recyclable container, it has the features of high transparency, high toughness, superb anti-fog property, and more.

BOPS – Also called biaxially oriented polystyrene
In theory, BOPS is utilized at a temperature range from zero to 90 degrees Celsius. Its characteristics include high transparency, high strength, and outstanding anti-fog property, etc.

HIPS – Short for high impact polystyrene
HIPS has a theoretical temperature range from zero to 90 degrees Celsius. Its features include superb strength, poor toughness, and processable transparent PS, etc.
