From the initial single product line, to the present 6 series of rotor-stator homogenizers, 5 types of industrial mixers, and other matching equipment for cosmetic and pharmaceutical manufacturing applications, REDFLAG have been in full gear at every step of the way.

In the old days, our vacuum homogenizer only provided 2 mixing speeds: 1400 or 2800rpm. Now available with variable frequency drive, or VFD for short, the unit can deliver any mixing speeds ranging from 0 to 3500rpm. Improved speed means our homogenizer can handle mixing applications that traditional industrial mixing equipment can not even attempt. It also helps improve production efficiency and shorten the production cycle.

During production, it is not uncommon to produce leftover bits and pieces. Part of these waste materials can by recycled to use in the making of flanges and vessel attachments. The remaining wastes are packaged and sold to specialized recycling companies. The purpose of all our efforts is to make the best use of raw material in the first place, sell the wastes to make money which can be used in business operations, and create a better working environment for our colleagues.

Our vacuum pump can circulate water with the aid of a water tank. This avoid wasting water.
