Wrapped Bronze Bearing

The wrapped bronze bearing is a kind of cost-effective product, featuring thin wall, high wear resistance, and great carrying capacity. Base plate of the thin-wall bearing is CuSn8 bronze.

Allowing for different lubrication conditions, we can provide either diamond-shaped oil pockets or oil holes. The diamond-shaped oil pockets are used for grease lubrication, and the through holes are designed for fluid lubrication. In this way, oil film lubrication is guaranteed when this product starts running. It can lower the initial coefficient of friction.
