Milestone

1960~1970
In March, 1960, our factory named machinery repair factory was established.
In July, 1965, it was renamed as the 5408th Factory of the Chinese People's Liberation Army.
In July, 1969, the factory was relocated from Beijing to Luoyang, and merged with a factory in that city. By that time, it was referred to as the 5408th Factory

1971~1990
In July, 1980, we set about other business under the title of State-owned Lingkong Machinery Factory
In July, 1987, Lingkong trademark was officially registered by the State Administration of Industry and Commerce.

1991~2000
In 1992, the annual sales volume reached 1200 sets, and the sales revenue was up to 120 million RMB. Profits and taxes amounted to 12 million RMB. We became a well-known enterprise in the light vehicle industry. Also, Lingkong turned into be a renowned brand in the field.
In June, 1996, the factory was merged into 999 GROUP. The name was called 999 Group Luoyang Lingkong Automobile Factory.
In June, 1996, it joined Yutong Group. The company name was changed to Luoyang Yutong Automobile Co., Ltd. Our factory formally became a locally administered state-owned enterprise.
In October, 1999, the technical innovation of passenger car production line was implemented on a large scale. We had built 4 modern flow production lines, namely workpiece manufacturing, welding, coating, and final assembly.
In December, 2000, our company was certified by ISO9002.

2001~2012
In December of 2002, we reformed the property right system, and organized a joint-stock company.
In January, 2003, the company began to develop the manufacturing of special vehicles.
In March, 2003, our transport vehicles was approved by China Quality Certification Center. We produced CCC certified products.
In April, 2004, the technical innovation of special vehicle workshop was finished. New workshops were put in to use, allowing for the annual output capacity up to 800 sets.
In January, 2005, the vehicles were ISO/TS16949 certified.
In August, 2006, new brand "LINGYU" was started to use.
In February, 2007, we achieved the strategic cooperation with CIMC which was one of the Chinese top 500 enterprises. CIMC became our joint venture company.
In July, 2007, we started to build the LINGYU Automobile Industrial Zone with occupation of approximately 270000 kilometers. After the accomplishment of LINGYU Automobile Industrial Zone, our company would become the Chinese largest production base of tanker trucks.
In October, 2007, four modern special vehicles production lines were set up for workpiece manufacturing, welding, coating, and final assembly, respectively.
In December, 2007, we held a launching ceremony for the relocation of industrial zone. Trail production was carried out in the LINGYU Automobile Industrial Zone.
In August, 2010, our company signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Shanghai Sunwin Bus Corporation.
In September, 2010, 10 delegations from Africa came to visit our company.
In November, 2010, it was the third time that CIMC LINYU appeared in Bauma China.
In the year of 2012, we achieved the sales volume of 180 million RMB. The gross export value exceeded 20 million USD.
