Based on the market research and users' feedback, CIMC LINYU technical staff have made some improvements and upgrade on transport vehicles. We have applied a series of patents for those improvements.

Improvements of Concrete Mixer Truck
Tank of the concrete mixer truck is rolling formed by hydraulic veneer reeling machine. Domestic exclusive center shaft positioning fixtures effectively ensure the coaxiality and circularity of tank. Each critical part is welded by automatic welding machine. The mixing blade with revised logarithmic spiral curve speedily, uniformly mixes the concrete while improving the feeding and discharging speed. To ensure the synchronous abrasion of tank and mixing blade, a wear-resisting device has been added to the blade. The concrete mixer truck have been treated with shot blasting, degreasing, and rust removal. It adopts dust-free painting that conforms to the coating standards for luxury passenger cars.

Improvements of Bulk Cement Truck
Tank of the bulk cement truck is one-time rolled from 10m rolling machine. It features high strength, superior quality, and beautiful appearance, as it is welded with advanced technologies. With an aim to improve the materials discharge speed and create more economic benefits, unloading speed of the bulk cement truck is truly made to be the fastest in the field through the bold escalation of the structural components such as convection angle and angle of repose. This bulk cement truck is redesigned via choosing the equilibrium point in accordance with the market demand re-established among the tank volume, quality and discharge rate. Dual power solution is designed. It requires a motor to drive air compressor. Such a solution can lead to the fuel consumption reduction, cost minimization, and operational efficiency improvement. Last but not the least, manhole of this special truck is a patented design which is unique in domestic market.

CIMC LINYU has developed a dry-mixed mortar tanker truck to satisfy the market demand. An utility model patent has been obtained for the internal tank structure. We have applied a national patent for the tank appearance design. This newly designed tank comes with the effective volume of 97%-98%.

CIMC LINYU tank appearance is redesigned on the basis of European FFB and US HEIL styles, domestic market demand, and finite element analysis. Head and anti-wave plate adopted better anti-resistance folding dish structure. We can make tanks with carbon steel, stainless steel, or aluminum alloy, to adapt to different materials that need transporting. Depending on the different stress in different parts of the tank, different thickness steel is used to ensure the lightest weight while meeting the relevant standards and safety.
