Ice Cube Machine

Introduction

Our product is the first large ice cube machine which integrates systems of self-regulation to ice cube thickness, self-adaption to ambient temperature, automatic water supplement balancing after ice forming and auxiliary condensing pressure stabilization. This fully automatic edible ice making machine can produce ice cubes with beautiful shape and uniform thickness.

With the flat plate heat exchanging technology and circulating hot-gas ice collection technology, disadvantages of small edible ice machine such as low production capacity, high power consumption and unstable ice dropping are avoided. The advanced technologies make our ice cube machine good enough to be recognized by customers all over the world.

Our edible cube ice machine is suitable for hotel, banquet hall, western restaurant, snack shop, convenient store, cold drink shop and any other place where ice cube is needed. The ice cube machine we produce is highly efficient, energy-saving, safe and durable. It is an ideal product you can select.

Features
1. Our ice cube making equipment can produce ice cube with two different sizes that are 22×22×22mm and 29×29×22mm respectively.

2. Large production volume
In summer, the production volume of our ice cube machine can be 90% to 95%. If the ambient temperature is lower than 23°C, its production volume can reach 100% to 130%. (As for small cube ice machine, its production volume is about 50% to 60% in summer.)

3. Low power consumption
In summer, our ice making machine consumes 85kW.h power to produce 1 ton ice. When the ambient temperature is lower than 23°C, to produce 1 ton ice will consume only 70-80kW.h power. (For small cube ice machine, the general power consumption is about 150-165kW.h for 1 ton ice.)

4. Easy operation
PLC controller, ice cube thickness self-regulation system, ambient temperature self-adaption system and automatic water supplement system together make our ice cube machine easy to operate. Automatic ice output device and automatic packaging equipment (optional equipment) are also available to help decrease labor consumption and guarantee the ice cube is clean enough for eating.

5. Little space occupation
Our ice making machine is designed with an integrated compact structure. Thus it takes little space.
