To make sure our products and production are eco-friendly and energy-efficient, Icesource has achieved following goals:

1. Our machine comes with stainless steel housing and compact one-piece structure, durable, corrosion-resistant and space-saving.

2. Fluoride-free foam is used as thermal insulating layer of machine container, featured by excellent heat preserving effect. Meanwhile, the liner of container is fluoride-free, anti-bacteria, environmental friendly and energy-saving.

3. We make use of superior high-efficient R134a fluoride-free compressor, and all components are SGS approved and in compliance with RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances).

4. All electric elements are TUV (Technischen Uberwachungs Vereine) or VDE (Verband Deutscher Elektrotechniker) certified, safe and reliable.

5. Whole ice making procedure is controlled by computer program. We utilize imported computer chip to ensure safe control and stable operation.

6. The adopted Haitec two-stage reduction gear comes with low noise and operating stability. Meanwhile, there are heat dissipating hole and draught fan on the top of ice machine to ensure that the reduction gear can reliably run even under high-temperature conditions.

7. Evaporator utilizing patented liquid film heat transfer technology makes for high refrigerating efficiency and large ice production output.

8. Spiral hob used for extrusion-type ice making is compactly structured and conductive to automatic segregation of ice and water. Besides, it is designed with optimized cutting edge, and thereby final ice is delicate and practical.

9. Unique ball-float-type water inflow system effectively guarantees that there is no residual water and water loss in water tank.

10. Automatic memory recovery and protective shutdown functions are available, and also there is display for ice completion, water shortage, undercooling protection and malfunction alarm. For example, our machine will automatically stop when water is used up, and will automatically start up when water is re-supplied.

11. Flake-like ice produced by our ice flake machine can permeate narrow gaps, and boast fast cooling speed and good ice bath effect, ideal for laboratories.

12. Power switch and functional indicator light are designed at the front of our machine. Detailed operating instructions are also provided to facilitate your operation. What’s more, our machine has passed various electric performance tests, so you can feel safe during operation.

13. Before delivery, all machines are inspected and debugged to further ensure prominent quality and performance.
