MB Series large ice block machine is a new high-efficiency product mainly developed for the Africa, the Middle East and the Oceania markets. With integrated design, this ice machine is easy to install and operate. Polyurethane foam technology has been adopted in the ice making pool. The Polyurethane foam material is foamed evenly and has good viscosity performance. Designed according to the theory of rheology, the ice making pool can guarantee stable fluid flow.

As commonly used ice making equipment, our large ice block machine can be used to produce ice block with the weight of 2.5kg/block, 3kg/block, 5kg/block, 10kg/block, 15kg/block, 20kg/block, 25kg/block, 30kg/block and 50kg/block. The specification can also be customized according to your requests.

Project Case of 100ton/day Freon Ice Block Machine Plant
We design large ice block machine according to the environmental temperature, relative humidity and wet bulb temperature of the place where the machine will be used. Our machine adopts advanced screw compressor which can start with steepless variable speeds, open-ended serpentine coiled evaporator and evaporative condenser. Circulation of salt water is driven by special agitator with large flow capacity. Dedicated crane is used to collect the produced ice blocks. The whole machine confirms to the international standard for refrigeration equipment.

The reasonable design guarantees the running stability and production capacity of our large ice block machine. According to statistics, our industrial block ice machine consumes only 60-65 kW electric power to produce 1 ton ice blocks. With very low failure rate, the working life of our ice machine can be over 15 years.
