1. Polyaluminium chloride (PAC)
We use spay drying tower in the production of polyaluminium chloride for drinking water treatment. The aluminium oxide content in PAC is very high. The water insoluble matter and heavy metal content are much less than the limits regulated in the national standard (GB/15892-2009).
Basicity is an important parameter for polyaluminium chloride. For our products, it can be adjusted in a wide range, fitting water with different qualities. Specifically, our polyaluminium chloride has special advantages in handling drinking water. The spay drying technique can improve the degree of polymerization while keeping the activity of the mother liquor stable. However, traditional drum drying machine can easily decrease the degree of polymerization, and the basicity of its product has a small range, making the product suitable for less water situations.
2. Polyacrylamide
Polyacrylamide is a water soluble high molecular polymer. As a great flocculating agent, it can reduce the frictional force between liquids. The anionic polyacrylamide has special advantages in the drinking water treatment. In Mainland China, many water sources contain high content of mud, sand, and mineral. So the water will not be qualified just by precipitation and filtration, flocculating agent is also needed. Using our polyaccylamide, you just need to add 1/50 of the inorganic flocculating agent. However, the performance is several times better than that of inorganic product.
For rivers that are seriously polluted by organic pollutants, it is better to use inorganic flocculating agent and cationic polyacrylamide together. The addition of anionic polyacrylamide could precipitate the starch granules, after the filtration by a pressure filter, these sediments could be used as feeds. The anionic polyacrylamide can also be used for the dehydration of ethanol, and recycled by pressure filtration. Additionally, it could be used for the precipitation of the sludge in water.
3. Cyanuric acid
It can be used as the chloride stabilizer in swimming pool, or for the pool's sterilization and cleaning. The synthesized trichloroisocyanuric acid is a strong oxidizing agent and chlorinating agent. It has highly efficient, broad spectrum, and safe sterilization performance. Specifically, it can kill bacterial, virus, fungi, and spore, as well as coccidian oocyst.
