Nonwoven Fabric for Filtration

Our melt blown nonwoven fabric is made using FDA grade all new PP material. It is soft and pleasant to touch. Its microfiber construction makes it an optimum media for both liquid and gaseous filtration purpose. This engineered fabric has passed the Bacteria Filtration Efficiency test conducted by the Nelson Laboratory in the United States, and the BFE test result exceeds 99%. So, customers can feel secure in purchase.

Our meltblown nonwovens are often used to make filter bags. They are also applied in air and gas filtering devices, such as cartridge filters and clean room filters. Their best known application is to serve as the filter media of surgical masks.
