Curing Room

The curing room, also called curing kiln or concrete block curing chamber, contains the dry kiln composed of several bays. Walls are built in the back of its kiln. The steam inlet and outlet are installed on the wall. There are tracks at the bottom of each bay whose side walls are symmetrically equipped with horizontal support frames for block pallets. The radiating tubes are innovatively laid on the side walls of bays, which realizes the combination of dry-type curing and steam-type curing. The curing room features large heating area, great thermal efficiency, less curing time, high productivity and low energy consumption.
