Finger Car

As a kind of block conveying equipment, the finger car stays near the elevator to standby. When the elevator rises to the 10th tier, it will send out a signal, and the finger car will work in the following way. The secondary car may move to the elevator and raise its forks to take away 10 tiers, namely 20 pallets of blocks. The secondary car returns to the primary car, and the latter goes to a curing room. After aligning the track, the secondary car moves to the bay of the curing room, places wet goods along with the pallets on the tray racks, and goes back to the primary car. Afterwards, the primary car is driven to another bay of the curing room containing dried goods, the secondary car takes away 10 tiers, namely 20 pallets of dried blocks, and returns to the primary car. The primary car moves to a lowerator and the secondary car puts dried goods on the lowerator.

The finger car is used to receive wet blocks from an elevator, convey them to a curing room, take away cured blocks from another bay, and carry cured ones to a lowerator. With automatic warning function, its control system is capable of intelligently memorizing and storing all the relate data, and correctly moving to any location of the curing room.

The rack of the finger car is manufactured from steel plates and has undergone large-area machining, which guarantees good rigidity and high precision. Made of special steel, its forks do not readily deform and enjoy long service life. The dedicated track hydraulic alignment apparatus helps to ensure smooth operation. Due to the multipoint guide mechanism and the stable hydraulic power system, the forks work rapidly ands smoothly, which enhances work efficiency and effectively avoids possible damage caused by mechanical vibration. The whole system of this pallet conveying machine features full power, frequency converting control, coding positioning, electromechanical compound braking and unmanned operation. Moreover, the finger car can take away or put blocks in the right position without the risk of overshoot phenomenon.
