Steel Cutting Rules

The compressive strength of the steel cutting rule is the basic element for either die cutting or creasing process. A larger quenching area leads to a higher compressive strength. Therefore, the quenching craft is a key element for better blade quality.

The steel cutting rule from Baoma is wildly used to cut cardboard, corrugated board, greeting card, splint, soft wood, rubber, gasket material and plastic product. This series of products is available in both rolling shape and strip shape. Broaching and grinding treatments are optional according to specific application and different target materials.
