Good stability is an important character for high quality ceramic pigment. It is known that color deviation is the biggest problem in pigment industry. If the color of the fired pigment is not the same with that is required, the production plan of the ceramic enterprise will be disturbed even if the pigment supplier can provide on-site technical assistance. In this case, the production cost of the ceramic enterprise will be increased.

There are various factors which may cause color deviation. With 15 years experience and strict quality monitor system, we can avoid color deviation in pigment to the largest extent. Our technicians will make adjustments to the semi-finished products to make sure the color deviation between our practical finished product and the sample lower than 1% which conforms to the internal standard.

We make sample survey to the raw materials for ceramic pigment production to make sure the raw material quality is stable. The semi-finished products are also tested and adjusted to guarantee the stable quality of our final products.

Our company is equipped with 4 tunnel kilns, 3 pusher kilns and 5 rotary kilns. Other auxiliary equipment such as mixing machines, grinders, ball-mills and fine grinding machines are also available to enhance the production capacity.
