The auto water slot milling machine with two spindles can process a variety of water slots and air pressure balance grooves of PVC doors and windows.

2. Features
1) Its two milling spindles is separately in the top and bottom, to fulfill the requirements for diverse profiles.
2) Once the material is clamped, the product will mill two slots in different directions simultaneously.
3) The operators may continuously adjust the length of water slots to be milled within 60mm. Since the machinable dimensions are varied, the machine is perfect for various milling.
4) It is capable of automatically accomplishing the procedures of drilling and transverse milling at a time.
5) Different from the previous mechanism, which was easy to seize up due to swarf or scraps and required dismantlement and reinstallment by professional servicemen that took a long time, now our spindles needs no professional maintenance.
6) Compared the original milling machines with the crank-link mechanism of spindle and the transverse feed by milling cutter, our auto water slot milling machine is provided with the independent pneumatic milling feeding mechanism and the transverse feed by spindle. Hence, the particular radial clearance of the main shaft for the feed by milling cutter is filled, and the possible "comma-shaped" phenomenon is effectively avoided, which improve the quality of the machined water slots.
7) The operators can adjust the spindles in angle and relative position to the bench, which enables the product to machine water slots and air pressure balance grooves in different positions, and enhances productivity.
