1. Introduction
1) The four head automatic corner crimping machine is dedicated to high-end aluminum doors and windows. It can automatically and accurately position and crimp corners for profiles with different specifications.
2) The product adopts the CNC technology, imported MITSUBISHI servomotor, personal computer, oversized touch screen control system, precise high-lead ball screw drive and flat linear guide.
3) Because of the large plunger type hydraulic system, the machine can finish the riveting and connection of four corners at a time. The independent control box can be moved arbitrarily.
4) The hold-down mechanism is able to automatically stretch out or draw back, and the operators may adjust it at any time. Through the servo system and PLC control system, four corners are automatically pre-loaded. In addition, the hydraulic power unit runs safely and reliably. When the frame is crimped, the seam and flatness of profile can be controlled. Therefore, the quality of frame crimping is ideal, and the working efficiency is improved.
