Features and Applications
Our TBBPA carbonate oligomer BC58, also called FR-58, is a brominated aromatic flame retardant. This brominated chemical is basically applied as plastic additives in thermoplastics, and it is particularly appropriate for those engineering plastics that have a high demand for heat endurance, ultraviolet stability, and color.
This brominated flame retardant is unique in its overall performance, thereby being extremely suitable for the processing of PBT, PET, PBT/PET mixed resin, polycarbonate, ABS, PC/ABS, polysulpone resin, SAN, as well as a variety of laminating resins.
Thanks to high UV stability, this flame retardant is able to meet the requirements for the formulation of both indoor fluorescence radiation and outdoor solar radiation. Moreover, its high purity helps the TBBPA Carbonate Oligomer BC58 guarantee distinguished electrical property and thermal stability.
