DG544 electric generator is a power generating machine for marine or industry use, and it has four poles and a standard SX440 automatic voltage regulator. It contains single bearing type and double bearing type. The engine connectors are in accordance with the standards of SAE 00, 0, 1/2, 1, 2 and 3, and disc couplings that comply with SAE 14, 18 and 21 standards are also supplied.

The output voltage and power ranges are 190V-690V and 450KVA-825KVA, respectively, so common application is available. The winding is 12-wire type, and it is reconnectable. Thus, our product is very convenient and universal. The 2/3 winding pitch is able to suppress excessive neutral current, so the product quality and service life are guaranteed. Upon request, we can supply the generator with an optional PMG excitation system. In addition, this product is also equipped with IP22/23 protection cover, and the insulation class is H. Based on these, it is able to work even under severe conditions.

The stator of DG544 generator has a winding pitch of 2/3 which is able to effectively suppress the wave distortion of output voltage and reduce the heat generated by the magnetic field.
