DG634 synchronous generator is a single bearing or double bearing machine controlled by automatic voltage regulator, and it has four poles. The output voltage range is 190V-690V, and the output power varies from 800KVA to 1438KVA. The permanent magnet generator equipped is able to provide excitation, so the output is isolated from control system. The permanent magnet generator and standard MX341 or optional MX321 automatic voltage regulator are able to carry out three phase sensing and realize 1% voltage regulation.
On the other hand, the engine connecting parts of this synchronous generator are in accordance with the standards of SAE 00, 0 and 1/2, and coupling discs that meet the SAE 14, 18 and 21 standards are also supplied. The winding is 6-wire type, and it is reconnectable. This generator has as standard the IP22/23 protective cover that provides Class H insulation, which makes it suitable for use under various harsh conditions. In addition, the winding pitch is 2/3 which is able to avoid excessive neutral current.
