The BGZL-40B2 steel bar rib peeling and threading machine is used to process straight threads on rebar ends. The HRB335, HRB400, and HRB500 hot rolled ribbed bars with the diameter of 16 to 40 mm can be processed.

Using straight threads to connect reinforcing bars, the straight thread splice is a mechanical splice that is able to bear two kinds of force. Principle
This rebar rib peeling and threading machine is able to complete the processing of rebar threads after the rebar to be processed is in position. It firstly peels off the transverse and longitudinal ribs of the rolling part and then makes threads on the rebar end with the rolling head. After that, the coupler can be used to connect the ends of two steel bars.
