Main Usage and Application
This CKSG series of dry type iron core series-connected reactor is used in the low voltage reactive power compensating cabinet. It is connected in series with the capacitor. When there are a large number of harmonic source in the low voltage system, such as rectifier, conversion device, etc., the harmonics produced by these devices will affect the safe running of other electric equipment. After the reactor is connected in series with capacitors, it can effectively absorb the harmonic waves, improve the voltage wave, increase power factor, and suppress the surging and operating over-voltage, protecting the capacitors effectively.

2. Ambient temperature: -25℃~ 45℃; Relative humidity ≤90%
3. No deleterious gas, no explosive or combustible media in the surrounding;
4. Good ventilation conditions.

Main Structure Features
1. Our low voltage series reactor is divided into three-phase type and single phase type. Both types are of iron core dry type.
2. The iron core is made of high quality low loss cold rolled oriented silicone steel sheet. The core column is divided evenly into many small sections by multiple gas gaps. The gaps are isolated by epoxy glass cloth laminated boards, so as to ensure that the air gap will have no change during operation.
3. The coil is wound by H class or C class enameled copper flat wire, laid closely and evenly. It has perfect heat radiating performance.
4. After the core and coil are integrated together, they are subject to pre-drying, vacuum impregnation, and heat drying. The H class impregnating varnish is used to bind the coil and iron core firmly together, which not only reduces noise during operation but also ensures excellent heat resistance.
5. The fixing parts of core column adopts non-magnetic material to ensure high quality factor and low temperature rise.
6. The exposed parts have undergone anti-corrosion treatment. Tin-plated brass terminals are adopted as the output ones.

4. Temperature rise limit: not more than 85K at core, not more than 95K at coil

6. This product can work for a long time under power frequency plus harmonic component not more than 1.35 times the rated current
7. Reactance linear degree: the ratio of reactance under 1.8 times the rated current and reactance under rated current ≥ 0.95
8. Difference between the reactance of any two phases should not exceed ±3%
9. Temperature proof grade: H class (180℃) and above
