The JK-8CKZ(H) series intelligent low voltage reactive power compensation controller is designed by our company to meet the latest requirements of reactive power compensation. It has nice appearance and it is easy to install.


Our product adopts LED, LCD and buttons for operation. It can be connected with an intelligent power capacitor through the communication port. Control parameters cover voltage, current, power factor, and reactive power. Adopting a new reactive power algorithm, our reactive power compensation controller is especially suitable for use in occasions where power factor changes greatly, switching is not frequent, and high control accuracy is required.

Main Functions
1. Dynamically display each electric parameter; parameter setting is simple and the set parameter will not lose even if power outrages.


2. Automatically detect the number and capacity of the intelligent capacitors; control the switching of the intelligent capacitors according to the network parameters.


3. This device provides protection against over-voltage, under-voltage, low current, and over-temperature. When the grid parameters exceed the set limits, the control device will cut off the switched-on capacitor and lock its output to protect the capacitor and extend its service life.


4. Comprehensively analyze voltage, current, power factor, and reactive power; take the voltage return difference into account, making the compensation more accurate and preventing switching shake.


5. Within the delayed time of switching, the reactive power compensation controller collects the signals of the abovementioned parameters from multiple points and analyzes reactive power trend according to these parameter values. This is to avoid wrong decision made by common controllers with only one sampling point. In the case that power factor changes much, the reactive power to be compensated and the compensating operation (switch on or off) can be determined accurately.

6. Hand/Auto shift function is provided. When in Auto position, our product can control the switching of the capacitors according to the voltage, load, power factor and the shortage of reactive power. If in Hand position, users can switch on/off the capacitors by hand. The manual switching facilitates product commissioning before delivery. And it is often adopted when fast switching is required.


7. Output under code and circulation, Capacitors with the same capacity will be switched circularly to extend their service life. If the capacity is different, the capacitors will be coded. The controller switches on/off the capacitor with proper capacity dynamically, which can improve the compensation accuracy and reduce the switching times.
