The magnetic bar sleeve falls into two types and they are insulated model and non-insulated model. This product is lightweight, and offers low density of only 1.9g/cm3, and minimum wall thickness of 0.5mm, as well as high size precision. In addition to these, it also comes with high strength, good insulating property, and magnetic properties.

Being able to effectively protect high frequency welding magnetic bars from breaking, the magnetic bar sleeve can greatly improve the welding efficiency, and largely reduce the welding cost.

Technical Specifications
1. Material: epoxy fiber glass magnetic powder (The magnetic powder ratio can be adjustable according to customers' requirements. For insulated model, the magnetic powder is not necessary).
2. Color: black (with magnetism), light green (without magnetism), other colors can be customizable.
3. Wall thickness: ≥ 0.5mm; Size tolerance: ±0.05mm
4. Precision: internal diameter tolerance is within 0.05mm.
5. Surface smoothness: as per customer's needs.
