The fiberglass reinforced ring is crafted using high strength non-alkali fiberglass and high heat resistant resin by twining method with winding angle of 90 ±1 degrees. It features high mechanical strength, and excellent corrosion resistance.

It is widely used for fixing copper sheets in a commutator. Due to its electrical nonconductivity property, it effectively ensures the quality of commutator when it is utilized for fixing copper sheets and the bakelite insulator.

Also, our fiberglass reinforced ring is ideally suitable for motor rotor. When the rotor rotates at a high speed, this fiberglass reinforced ring can protect the enamelled wires from loosening and scattering. In addition to high temperature resistance, it also can withstand low temperature, thus can be used in Siberia area with temperature of -60℃.
