Introduction to Characteristics and Properties of Lean Pipe

Definition
This lean pipe is also known as composite pipe, flexible pipe, or flexible bar. It belongs to the high-quality welded steel pipe coated with plastic resin. Its external surface adopts the special plastic layer of thermoplastic adhesive, while its internal surface is composed of the anti-corrosion layer. Moreover, a special adhesive is utilized to avoid the separation of coating and steel pipe.

The finished product possesses such characteristics as nice appearance, abrasion resistance, bright color, rust prevention, no pollution, and some others. It is an ideal replacement of stainless steel goods. The diameter of standard lean pipe is 28mm. The plastic layer of the pipe wall is made of PE or PVC material. The wall thickness of steel pipe can be 0.8mm, 1.0mm, or 1.2mm. In addition, this flexible pipe with its thickness of 1.5mm or 2mm can be customized. The appearance commonly uses such colors as beige, white, or black. Based on different requirements, diversified effects can be made.

Introduction to Characteristics and Properties of Lean Pipe

The lean pipe workbench adopts the 28mm diameter flexible pipe or plastic coated pipe, as well as a rich variety of connectors. In accordance with the needs of operation, it can be assembled with the deck plate, and the power strip, among others. The lean pipe workbench can be easily adjusted, which can be used alone or in combination. It can be designed or assembled at will, on basis of the requirements of operation.
