Main Features
1. For good mixing quality and efficiency, the mixer is made by Sicoma Company.
2. Pneumatic elements are of well recognized brand names, which ensure the reliability and operational stability.
3. Each of the aggregate bins is equipped with two arch gates. Via control of the open or close status of one gate, accurate aggregate weighing can be achieved.
4. The admixture pump is made from corrosion-resistant, stainless steel for durability and longevity.
5. In the front of water hopper, there are two hold-up tanks for temporarily holding the water. Under the tank, there is one large-diameter pipe and one smaller sized pipe. When the rough weighing is finished, the smaller-sized pipe will be used instead of the larger pipe to let out water for compensation during fine weighing. When the hold-up tank stops supplying water to the hopper, there still exists small amount of water left in the pipe which hasn't been calculated. Using smaller-sized pipe rather than the larger one can reduce the uncalculated amount of water, thus improving the weighing accuracy.
6. At the discharge opening of the water hopper, there is pump piping to help discharge water.
7. The mixing bin is fitted with dust collectors to eliminate dust overflow and protect operational environment.
8. Main electrical parts of the concrete plant are selected from well recognized brand names. This improves the control stability and reliability.
9. Computer control system can accomplish batching parameter storage, production task storage, trailer signal storage, and drop compensation. Fitted also with manual control system, the computer allows manual, semi-automatic, and automatic operation.
Dual-Computer Synchronous Control System
As the name suggests, the dual-computer synchronous control system comprises of two computers. Its main configuration also includes the high-performance micro computer controller, human-machine interface, precision weighing unit, and world-class low-voltage apparatus. Combined with our independently developed professional control software, the system can accomplish automatic control of the concrete production process.
1. Leading Computer Control Technology
A survey on the failure rate of electrical control system in concrete plant indicates that the frequency of computer breakdown ranks the highest among that of other common failures. Computer crash will lead to downtime, causing the production to be halted. In a dual computer control system, however, things are quite different. Either of the two computers can independently complete the task of control and management over the whole production process. When one computer fails, the other will be charged with control responsibility. This process ensures a continuous, reliable production control without manual intervention, thus minimizing the production downtime.

4. Mitsubishi module feature a high speed conversion of 500μs per channel. Its resolution ration is 1/20000.
5. Main low-voltage electrical equipment is of world-class brands, including Schneider, ABB, and Omron.
3. Integrated Control Function
1. To ensure the safety of key production data, user password is required every time you log on the software or reset the electronic scale.
2. 3D production simulation enables a real-time display of batching data, weighing value, and measuring tolerance.
3. User can arrange the production task beforehand or re-arrange the production order.
4. According to the bin capacity and output volume per batch, proper amount of concrete is fed into the storage tank.
5. Scale calibration is done at a fast speed. Scale error will be diagnosed and indicated. The control system also offers online help to users.
6. The system has multiple functions, including free fall compensation, falling tendency forecast, negative weighing calibration, zero tracking, and subtracting tare weight. All these functions can be carried out automatically.
7. Compensation sequence is used to make up the material when the current batch weighing is under weight as well as to take away the amount of overweight. Tolerance limits during batch weighing and dumping can be controlled separately
8. A calibration window for calculating the aggregate moisture content makes aggregate addition and water reduction easier than before.
9. Water weighing process can be halted at any time with an aim to adjust the amount of water dosing.

5. Full range of real-time online monitoring report on production status and integrated safety management are provided to ensure safe operation. When abnormal operating condition occurs, the monitoring system can give indications of the exact failure point to the supervisors for troubleshooting.
