Plastic Pulverizer

The plastic pulverizer is used to pulverize the recycled PVC and PE plastic into powder for further use, or make the plastic power for rotomolding processing, such as LLDPE material.

The main machine and the overall structure are designed adopting the internationally advanced technology. The plastic raw material or crushed material with a granularity of 6-10mm is first fed by the vibrating feeder, and then sent to the pulverizing chamber running at high speed to be grinded into powder. By adjusting the gap of grinding disc, the powder fineness, particle size and fluidity can all be regulated.

The complete set of machine is equipped with automatic temperature control system, vibrating screen, and automatic feeder. The high quality grinding disc comes in full circle or split types, and can be customized according to the needs of users.
