Mould for Plastic Pipe
The mould for plastic pipe are all designed and manufactured on our own. Provided in the diameter of ф 20-800mm, the water supply or drainage pipe mould, and co-extrusion pipe mould are all available. In addition, according to different plastic materials, it can be designed with basket, spiral or bracket structure.

Mould Characteristics
1. The flow rate of melt achieves the desired mechanical uniformity and thermal uniformity.
2. No use of mandrel bracket eliminates the flow lines commonly found in production, so as to ensure the smoothness of the pipe surface.
3. With little pressure consumption, the mould achieves a production capacity which reaches 80% of the extruder output.
4. It is designed with compact structure, reasonable connection and convenient replacement.
5. It is made using high-quality molding steel.

Mould for Plastic Sheet and Board
The mould for plastic sheet and board includes many types, such as PP, PC hollow sheet mould, and PP, PE, PS, PVC, PET, ABS sheet and board mould. It is made of 5CrNiMo special mold steel or imported steel, and the surface is plated with hard chrome. In addition, the 12.9 grade high-strength bolts are used as fasteners, and the superior and durable stainless steel heating bars are separately used for each heat zone to achieve precise control.
