Equipment Features
The PVC window sill profile extrusion line adopts the latest technology and optimized design to achieve the advantages such as uniform plasticization effect, small shear ratio, high production capacity, long service life, etc. It consists of conical twin screw extruder, calibrating platform, haul-off unit, cutting machine, laminator, stacker, and other components.

The conical twin screw extruder is the main machine of the whole line. It adopts imported AC frequency inverter world famous brand, and the temperature controller uses Japan RKC or OMRON brand product. The auxiliary units like vacuum pump and haul-off motor also select high quality products for easy maintenance. If the screw, barrel and mould are changed, the extrusion line is able to produce wood-like foamed profiles, achieving a better performance than the single screw extruder.

1. Beautiful Appearance: The surface of PVC window sills has various designs such as pure color, marbling, wood texture, etc. Due to the smooth and glossy surface, the product can match the windows perfectly.
2. Good ageing-resistant performance: Using the excellent formulation, the product can bear the severe environment of -40℃-60℃ inside the room. Meanwhile, it has good ageing resistance under rainy, sun-baked, dry, damp and frigid environment, with the service life reaching as long as 30 years.
3. High dimensional accuracy: Through the 210℃-240℃ high temperature treatment, there is basically no change in size. After heated, it also comes with no bubbles, spots or flaws.
4. Unique formulation: The PVC window sill profile extrusion line uses tombarthite instead of lead salt as the raw material in production. On one hand, the physical property of the product is increased. On the other hand, the low-lead and non-toxic formulation fully meets the national hygienic standard.
