The PVC profile and PVC/PP/PE wood plastic composite profile production line adopts specially designed barrel and screw, mould, and advanced processing technology to complete production. In addition to the direct mixing and extruding, the extruder can also conduct extruding after the wood and plastic are made into pellets first. This helps to save power and space, and ensure stable extruding pressure and high output.

Installed on top of the extruder, the pre-heating loader can exhaust the moisture contained in the wood power to support the feeding section of the main machine, resulting in a good plasticizing effect. The optimized screw comes with small shearing force, so as not easily to shear the wood fibers and to ensure even dwell time of material inside the extruder. In addition, the barrel and screw adopt bimetallic treatment for good wear and corrosion resistance, as well as extended service life.

This production line is suitable for the production of PP, PE, PVC wood composite products with high strength and durability. Utilizing both the advantages of plastic and wood products, the WPC products overcome the easy deformation of plastic products, as well as easy corrosion and moth damage, and short service life of wood products. Therefore, they are mainly used as packing case, wood-polymer tray, flooring panel, indoor and outdoor decorative material, plank flooring, pavilion and chair in park, etc. The amount of wood power or plant fibers can reach as high as 50-70%.
