Pipe Belling Machine

The SGK series pipe belling machine is mainly applied to the belling of PVC plastic pipes. It comes in various models, including SGK16-50 double pipe fully automatic type, SGK50-250, SGK110-315, SGK160-400 and SGK315-630 full automatic type, as well as 50-250 semi-automatic type.

The belling machine can be used independently or connected to the extruder and auxiliary machines for on-line operations. It has two forms of flaring, R and straight type. It is applicable to various specifications of water supply and drainage pipes from 0.6Mpa to 1.6Mpa.

Meanwhile, the powerful air or water is used to cool the expanded pipes, thus making them not easily to get deformed. The whole electrical equipment uses Mitsubishi PLC, and Taiwan Willen touch screen control, requiring no human interference during the production process.
