PP/PC Hollow Grid Sheet Production Line

The PP and PC hollow grid sheet production line can make PP sheet with a width of 1220-2100mm and a thickness of 2-14mm, as well as PC sheet with a width of 1220-2100mm and a thickness of 2-25mm.

Main Machines
Extruder: The special venting design and advanced PLC temperature control system helps to ensure good plasticization and high-yield stable extrusion.

Screen changer: It selects optional hydraulic quick changer, ensuring quick and efficient screen changing. In addition, the duplex and special sealing structure allows the unit to work stably.

Mould: The mould used in the hollow grid sheet production line is made of high-quality alloy steel. It comes with active throttling device, so that the distribution pressure of material flow in the die is uniform. Due to differential regulation of the upper and lower die, a uniform top and bottom thickness is ensured.

Vacuum forming stand: The vacuum system is composed of two independent subsystems, each coming with a fixed number of three-loop vacuum lines, and each carrying the vacuum-conditioning system and vacuum display system. This makes the vacuum degree of sheet surface uniform and stable. The forming system comes with a fast heat exchange cooling system. It is effectively staggered and sequentially distributed with the vacuum system, thus guaranteeing high forming accuracy.

Haul-off machine: The first group comes with high power, large reduction ratio, and multi-roll type. With good performance at low-speed operation, and large traction, it can synchronously and uniformly pull out the sheet form vacuum forming stand. The second haul-off machine of the hollow grid sheet production line is used for the processing of stress elimination. It also comes with a trimming unit, which ensures appropriate width and high quality of sheet.

Stress eliminator: The advanced large area conductive heating mode effectively eliminates the stress, and further improves the straightness of the sheet.
Cutting machine: It is equipped with the precise and instant fixed-length cutting unit and automatic lift unloading unit. The special wear-resistant alloy blade helps to ensure high cutting quality.
