The gear pump, also known s the melt measuring pump, is mainly used for the precise extrusion of thermoplastic sheet, plate, pipe, film, etc. Installed between the extruder and mould, it can make sure the stability and uniformity of melt material from the mould, so as to guarantee high quality of the finished product.

This gear pump uses the special gear structure and flowing channel design, so as to ensure stable pressure and flow at the exit when material flows out. According to different product type and capacity, different models are available.
