The SJSZ series conical twin screw extruder is a piece of special equipment suitable for extrusion molding of PVC powder, PVC wood powder, PP/PE wood powder, and many other materials. Characteristics
The screw and barrel are assembled with oil and fan cooling system respectively. According to users' special formulation of different materials, the screw with the most reasonable design is adopted to achieve the best plasticizing state and material quality. All the screws are processed by high precision special CNC milling machine, so that each extruder of the same kind can achieve a high degree of consistency in extrusion performance. Adopting the internationally advanced pitch and depth varying technology, the screw allows the material inside enjoy better shearing and plasticization result.

The gear box of our conical twin screw extruder is uniquely designed to enlarge the thrust force. The bearing is imported with original packaging from world famous brand, allowing it enjoy long service life and bear larger extrusion pressure. The electrical system maximally using original imports has multiple alarm functions, guaranteeing less failure and elimination. In addition, the special design of the cooling system enlarges the heating dispensation area and accelerates the cooling speed. The temperature control unit is reliable and easy to operate, achieving a high precision of ±1℃.
