The PVC and PVC WPC free foamed decorative board production line is composed of special twin screw extruder, mould, vertically installed 3-roller calender, and other machines. Equipment Features
The venting type extruder adopts barrel and screw specially designed for extrusion of PVC and WPC foamed products. Due to the bimetallic surface treatment, the big wearing problem to the barrel and screw caused by PVC and WPC materials is effectively reduced, and the service life of extruder is highly increased.

The electrical control system uses computer-controlled PLC human-machine interface (HMI), and Siemens LCD. Operating parameters can be freely defined and showed on the display.

The mould is forged by high quality alloy steel 5CrNiMo, and the surface of inner flow channel is plated with chrome and polished. The mould structure is designed adopting imported technology, and the die cavity also undergoes the treatment of hard chrome plating and mirror type polishing.

The board thickness can be conveniently adjusted. The changeable mould lip allows for production of boards of different thickness only through regulation of the bolts on the lip of mould in the PVC and PVC WPC free foamed decorative board production line.

Product Features
Due to high foaming ratio, the free foamed board features light weight and small density. It also features sound insulation, sound absorption, heat insulation, and heat preservation. With fire resistance, self-extinguishing, and no toxic gas, it is safe to use. All the series of foamed board have properties of moisture-proof, mildew-proof, non-absorbent, and shock-proof. It fundamentally solves the problems easily caused by wood products after damping, such as decay, expansion or distortion, or cracking. Hence, the PVC foamed board is widely used in the harsh environment, which is impossible for wood products.

The product is easy to clean and free from special maintenance and repair, which highly saves the cost of post-maintenance. It is effectively prevented form the harassment of insects such as white ant. All the series of PVC foamed board are manufactured under special formulation for good weather-proof performance, which guarantees permanent color and aging resistance. The board is available in a variety of colors. Apart form customized colors, natural wood-textured films can also be laminated in the surface. This product has reached Europe's top environmental protection standards, as it produces no pollution and contains neither benzene substance nor formaldehyde.

The product is widely used as furniture board in kitchen and bathroom, decorative board in buildings, lettering board in advertisement, as well as internal decorations in cars, trains and ships.

This production line can also output PVC WOOD free foamed sheet by changing the formulation and operating conditions. It utilizes a compound of PVC and nature fiber powder as the raw material, and employs a high efficiency conical twin screw extruder. Hence, recyclable WPC board processed with the same conditions as wood products can be achieved, coming with the advantages of environmental protection, corrosion resistance, damp proofing, moth proofing, and distortion resistance.
