SJP Series Parallel Twin Screw Plastic Extrusion Machine

The SJP series parallel twin screw plastic extrusion machine uses barrel and screw designed with building block structure. The full intermeshing type screw is easy to clean. According to different process requirements of various plastic materials, the screws can be arranged correspondingly with good interchangeability, wide adaptability, as well as excellent mixing, plasticization and exhaust effects.

Based on the materials to be processed, the barrel can be made of 38CrMoALA under nitridation treatment, or made of alloy bushing with good wear resistance. The barrel utilizes cast aluminum hearing and water cooling.

The motor can be DC motor that is equipped with silicon controlled speed regulator or British Eurotherm 590 governor. AC motor with frequency converter is also available. The temperature controller adopts Japan RKC brand or China famous brand.

Applications
The parallel twin screw plastic extrusion machine is widely used in the production of various kinds of modification and filler material, glass fiber (carbon fiber) reinforced color masterbatch, rubber and plastic blend, plastic alloy, function masterbatch, cable material, powder coating, elastomer, etc.

The extruder has some special models with the L/D ratio increased up to 56-64:1, and has found wide applications in rubber and plastic devolatilization, TPU, TPV reactive extrusion, and UHWMP swelling and dissolving extrusion. Working together with relevant auxiliary machines, it can produce PE battery diaphragm, PET sheet, degradation sheet and synthetic paper, and other special products.
