Machine Features
1. The PE, PP, PS, ABS, PMMA, PET sheet and board extrusion line has the advantages of compact structure, excellent performance, high output, durable use, and so on.
2. The screw and barrel is made of nitrided alloy steel, ensuring uniform plasticizing effect.
3. The screw has special mixing function and high plasticizing capacity.
4. The T-type mould adopts the special double throttle design, which provides a precise control of board thickness.
5. The temperature controller with an accuracy of ±1℃ can accurately control the temperature in the process of plasticization. Hence, the thickness and smoothness of board can be ensured.
6. The three-roller calendar used in the sheet and board extrusion line can be installed horizontally, vertically or 45° obliquely, coming with an up-down lifting mode.
7. The board thickness is controlled by screw and pressing roller in two directions.
8. The separate roller temperature control system can realize precise control of the pressing roller temperature, making the board enjoy even thickness.
9. The cutting machine can cut the sheet with accurate length and quantity.
10. Equipped with high torque motor, the winding unit can freely regulate the winding speed and tension.
11. The length of the product can be preset due to the automatic meter counter.
