Equipment Features
1. The PVC decorative and PVC transparent pharmaceutical sheet production line is equipped with an extruder, which adopts the screw with special mixing function and high plasticizing capacity.
2. With special two throttle design, the T-die allows for precise adjustment of sheet thickness.
3. The temperature control accuracy of ± 1℃ helps to ensure optimal plasticizing process and appropriate sheet thickness and smoothness.
4. Based on the characteristics of plastic materials, and the requirements of product width, thickness and transparency, the four-roller or five-roller calendering machine can be designed in level, vertical, and 45°tilting types. It can also be freely lifted.
5. The cutter can cut the sheet according to fixed length and accurate quantity.
6. The winder used in the sheet production line comes with a high torque motor. Both the winding speed and tension can be adjusted.
