The screw extruder and haul-off unit adopt imported A/C inverter. Due to hard chrome plating and bimetallic treatment of the barrel and screw, the wear and tear to extruder caused by the CaCo3 and other additives is effectively reduced. High quality vacuum pump and haul-off motor are both available.

The haul-off machine comes with two-claw, three-claw, four-claw, six-claw, eight-claw, and other types of hauling. Either saw or planetary cutter can be selected. The planetary cutting machine adopts fully automatic computer digital control. With simple operation, reliable cutting, and other advantages, it has reached the advanced level in the world. Upon request, an online fully automatic belling machine can also be provided.

The large caliber pipe production line is additionally equipped with a length meter and thickening device, ensuring reliable working performance and high production efficiency. Equipped with special units, it can produce inner wall spiral pipe, inner wall hollow pipe, and core layer foam pipe, and more.
