The PVC, PE, PP single wall corrugated pipes have high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, wear resistance and high strength. They all have good resistance to acid and alkali, and the black pipe has resistance to UV radiation. In addition, the temperature range of them is - 10℃-95℃, - 40℃-80℃, and - 20℃-110℃ respectively. Both PP and PE pipe also have good oil resistance.

The polypropylene (PP), polythene (PE), and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) pipe are mainly used for electric wire sleeve, automotive wire sleeve, and protective wire sleeve. The pipes have found wide applications in machine tool, food packaging machinery, electrical locomotive, engineering installation, lamps and lanterns, automatic instrument, and many other fields.

This helps to effectively avoid easy wear of the barrel and hard forming of the material. In addition, the forming mould blocks in contact with the pipe adopt inner circulation water cooling, which highly increases the forming speed. Through the use of Korea Autonics meter counter, the metering can be ensured with high accuracy. The complete production line is characterized by fast running, simple control and easy operation.
