Machine Features
The extruder of the water supply pipe production line is accurately controlled by a PLC or temperature controller, which effectively guarantees the plasticizing quality. The distributor of the die head for PP, PPR, and PE pipe is designed into spiral style or basket style. The melt material has sufficient dwell time due to the large flowing space. The pipes produced are of small internal stress and smooth surface. In addition, the mould is designed with high flexibility, so that it is suitable for molding of all kinds of PP, PE, and PPR pipes in two-layer, three-layer or four-layer.
