Pipe Features and Applications
The U-PVC foamed inside spiral silent pipe made by this machine is mainly used as drainage pipe for buildings. The unique inside spiral structure allows the water to flow down along the spirals, so as to greatly reduce the noise caused when water flows down. After foaming, the specific gravity is lowered to 0.9 or below. In addition, the pipe also features uniform forming, high strength, and light weight.

Machine Features

The U-PVC foamed inside spiral silent pipe making machine adopts two conical twin screw extruders to achieve co-extrusion. The line also uses co-extrusion die which is specially designed to achieve high efficiency.

Only by changing the mandrel, the machine can produce the solid wall pipe, solid wall inside spiral pipe, foamed pipe or foamed inside spiral pipe. When changing the mould, the whole line can also produce the nanometer antibacterial PVC water supply pipe, and hollow wall inside spiral silent pipe.
