Product Introduction
The PVC single-layer and multi-layer plastic flooring sheet is widely used in cars, trains, airports, hotels and other public places, as well as house decoration.

The PVC, PP, PE water-proof coiled sheet is extensively used in tunnel drainage, ground base for damp proof, ceiling for leakage proof, landfill, and other fields. The product is processed with the thickness of 1-8mm, and the width within 6000mm.

The PVC waterproof roll is made using high quality PVC as the main material, adding a certain amount of filling agent, stabilizer, plasticizer, ultraviolet absorbent, and other auxiliary additives, and undergoing mixing, extruding, cooling, bundling, meter counting, packaging, and other processes.

Equipment Features
The PVC wide plastic flooring sheet and waterproof membrane roll production line consists of SJZ80/156 or SJZ92/188 conical twin screw extruder, mould, six-roller calender, roller temperature control system, upper and lower unreeling unit, edge cutting unit or cooling bracket, on-line crusher, haul-off machine, transverse cutting machine, double working position tilter and winder, mixing or feeding system, and electric control system.

This sheet and roll production line is designed with compact structure and easy operation. Based on customer's various demands, the equipment can be configured with different components for the production of single-layer or multi-layer sheet products. Due to an extra unreeling unit, it can be used to produce internally reinforced product or product laminated with non-woven fabrics, PVC decoration films, etc.
