1. Description of Inner Frame
The inner frame is the modeling base of a sofa. It largely determines the firmness and comfort of the finished product. From the material selection to the production of inner frame, our company strictly complies with the professional design technology and industry standards.

The adopted high-quality solid wood has undergone constant-temperature (about 500℃) drying, polishing, pest killing, sterilization, and surface carbonization. After these treatments, the water content is 8% to 12%, which is in full compliance with Chinese and international standards. Therefore, mildewing, rotting, cracking and even fracture cause by the frame's exposure to damp can be completely avoided, which greatly prolongs the service life of the product and fulfills our promise that the inner frame can be used for 10 years.

2. Description of Elastic Structure
a. The latex elastic band imported from Germany is adopted, ensuring the elasticity and fatigue resistance of the sofa. Each rubber band has undergone oxidation treatment, so as to make the rebound resilience of the rubber band more uniform, the flexibility more lasting, and the service life longer.

b. The high-density sponge with high rebound resilience is antibacterial, flame retardant, uniform in density and difficult to deform. It also has good air permeability.

3. Description of Cushion Layer
The cushion layer refers to the inner core of the sofa's seat package. The central part of the cushion layer of the Macchiato product is filled with 15%-30% down. The down has been subjected to high-temperature sterilization, which can ensure the durability, softness and comfort of the product.

4. Description of Fabric
The cover of our product is made of the high-quality textile materials. With unique patterns, our fabric has bright color, high compactness and good wear resistance. It is in complete compliance with the OKO-Tex Standard 100 issued by the national standard Environmental Textile Association and is an internationally recognized green pollution-free product. Therefore, the comfort of the product can be ensured and the service life is prolonged.

a. One-time forming composite cotton is adopted for the inner cover.
b. The covers of basically all the fabric sofas can be unpicked and washed.
